In Peachland, BC. with a spectacular lake and mountain view. It is close to the waterfront, restaurants, and shopping. This central Okanagan location is 30 minutes from Kelowna and 35 minutes from Penticton. It takes 12 minutes to get to either West Kelowna or Summerland.
The rental is $2300 per month plus damage deposit. The minimum rental period is 30 days starting the first day of rental. No pets or smoking. An application and a BC Tenancy Agreement will be required.
All utilities and fees are included in your rent.
